Under the File menu, go to Export, then Layout as PDF.
File Name - If you are going to export one page at a time, use the page number of the page being exported as the file name. If you are going to export multiple pages at one time and have Quark split them into single page PDF's, type in a prefix that will used in front of the document page number. Quark will automatically put the number of the document page after the user-defined prefix. For example, you use "Catalog A.pdf" as the prefix. Quark will then add the document page number " (Page 01)" when it splits the PDF. The final file name will read "Catalog A (Page 01).pdf". Be sure the document pages are numbered to match the actual page numbers. If this is not done, you will have to renumber your PDF files after they are created.
Pages - Type the page range to be exported.
PDF Style - Select the appropriate output style.
('Times CMYK' PDF Output or 'Times CMYK+Spot' PDF Output)
Note - If any pages are using DCS files, such as 4/c copydots, you will need to click on the options button, select Color from the list, and change the Color Options Mode to Separations.
Click Save to create the PDF.
